WHEREAS The Lumber and Building Materials Association of Ontario Incorporated (the “Association”) was incorporated by Letters Patent issued by the Lieutenant-Governor of Ontario on the 20th day of May, 1920, and amended by Supplementary Letters Patent dated the 9th day of June, 1972;
AND WHEREAS the Association wishes to revise its by-law respecting the conduct of the affairs of the Association;
BE IT ENACTED as a by-law of the Association as follows:
