                                                                                      BMR  Group  story  to  Ontario  retailers
                                                                                      which  will  include  a  dedicated  business
                                                                                      development person for Ontario.
                                                                                        The  company  was  founded in  1967
                                                                                      and  over  the years  has  emerged  as  a
                                                                                      major  player in the  home improvement
                                                                                      sector in  Quebec servicing  independent
                                                                                      hardware and building  supply  retailers
                                                                                      primarily  in  smaller  urban  and  rural
                                                                                      communities.    They  have  13  corporate
                                                                                      stores  and  310  home  renovation  and
                                                                                      hardware stores in Quebec, Ontario and
                                                                                      the Maritimes.    Acquired by  La  Coop
                                                                                      federee  in  2015,  they  have  expanded
                                                                                      their product and  marketing  programs
                                                                                      to include Agri  products as well  as
                                                                                      gardening  plants  and  accessories;
                                                                                      categories that rural retailers can readily
                                                                                      access.
                                                                                        Offering  a buying show twice yearly,
                                                                                      summer  and  fall  gives  their  dealers
                                                                                      the opportunity  to purchase  all  the
                                                                                      products available to them through BMR
                                                                                      Groupe  Inc.  at competitive pricing  for
                                                                                      their seasonal needs.  (They also have a
                                                                                      “virtual” trade show in March)
                                                                                        BMR  plans  to convince  Ontario
                                                                                      dealers  that  they  can  provide  a  full
                                                                                      range of  services  and  products  to meet
                                                                                      their  needs.    Their  distribution centre
                                                                                      in  Boucherville,  Quebec  carries  32,000
                                                                                      products  to  service  their  members  as
