                                  about  “the brand” on a  product/service  level;
                                  others “the brand” on a  company  level.    Others
                                  discussed their personal story growing up in this
                                  industry.  Easy to compare it with your own story.
                                     One  of  the  speeches  that  stuck  with  me  was
                                  Jillian  Sexton, COO  of  Hector Building  Supplies
                                  (N ) and   ner o    er ood  I          (P I).
                                  She related  her story of  growing  up  in  a  male-
                                  or ented   ndustr   and   o   d   cu t   t  can   e  as
                                  a  female  to  be  recognized  for  what  you  do  and
                                  what you know.
